DOS ANNOUNCED 75 COUNTRIES BAN NO LONGER IN EFFECT

The Department of State announced that, effective August 21, 2026, in accordance with the Court’s order in CLINIC et al. v. Rubio, et al., the nationality-based pause on immigrant visa issuances for 75 countries is no longer in effect. However, the Department issued a new “pause” , now affecting all scheduling of immigrant visa interviews. We are waiting for new updates…
